It's Lola Tung's summer, we're just living in it! The star of The Summer I Turned Pretty has been making the press rounds on her home turf in NYC, starting with The Today Show as well as the SiriusXM Studio to talk all things TSITP Season 2 with Gavin Casalegno and Christopher Briney.
Lola dressed up for the occasion in the cutest two-piece set. She wore a super-cropped blazer in a pretty shade of light red with an artsy, asymmetric cut, along with a matching midi skirt with a ruffled high-low hem. The actress also donned a pair of brown peep-toe platforms, the Lenne Indie Nappa Leather Sandal from SCHUTZ.
Lola kept her hair down in a straight, sleek style and added a pop of bright lipstick that's so Red (Taylor’s Version) coded. She posed for pics at the SiriusXM studio with Christopher, who wore a striped sequin rugby shirt, and Gavin, who rocked a neutral polo and slacks combo.
Speaking of Taylor Swift, Lola had the cutest moment with the singer when she and The Summer I Turned Pretty author Jenny Han attended an Eras Tour concert together. The actress tells Elite Daily, “Jenny and I were in the pit super close to her, and she sang ‘False God’ while playing the piano. It plays in the fourth episode when Conrad and Belly are on the dock, so of course we were freaking out.”
And the cute coincidences didn't stop there — Lola explained that Taylor seemed to give her and Jenny a little shout-out at the end. "She looked at us, and she was like, ‘Hi, I love you guys,’ and did a little heart,” Lola said.
