• Florence Pugh just hit London Fashion Week in a high-slit, cut-out dress that was all kinds of incredible.
  • In photos from the event, Flo showed off her sculpted legs in the dress, giving off total queen energy.
  • Flo likes to do her own stunts and has been known to hit up the CrossFit gym.

Florence Pugh knows how to create a fashion moment, and she wasn’t screwing around while supporting her friend, designer Harris Reed, at London Fashion Week.

The 27-year-old actresswore a stunning high-slit sparkly skirt with a checked pattern, paired with a black crop top and matching checked shrug. Florence’s strong legs are on full display as she totally works it. The Wonder star shared several photos from the event on Instagram, and it’s clear she loved her look.

“This evening...we’ve been squealing and sharing moments for the last two days,” she wrote in the caption. “An actual dream supporting my friend and unbelievably talented designer @harris_reed. Wearing your clothes is like being given the best key to the best dress up box there is. It’s full and alive and full to the brim with love. Thank you my darling for including me and such a massive well done for all that you’ve made and achieved!”

People cheered her on in the comments. â€œđŸ˜źđŸ”„,” wrote Selena Gomez, while someone else chimed in with, “absolute icon.”

Florence just appeared on the cover of Vogue and addresses all those comments about her various free the nipple moments lately. Like this one:

And this one:

Her take? People need to just deal. “If I’m happy in it, then I’m gonna wear it,” she said. “Of course, I don’t want to offend people, but I think my point is: How can my nipples offend you that much?”

Of course, Florence has the confidence to pull off any look, and she also works hard to be so strong. For starters, Flo is into yoga. She shared a little behind-the-scenes snippets of one of her workouts on Instagram in 2021, showing off her yoga mat next to a kettlebell, dog, and chicken. “I was ambushed,” she joked in the caption. “Houdini, Albert, and Flo tried working out together..đŸŒŒđŸŒž.”

Florence also tries to do as many of her stunts as possible in her Marvel movies. “I really enjoy stunts,” she previously told Glamour UK. “I wanted to do as many stunts, so straight away, I learnt kickboxing and knife training.”

Florence is into CrossFit as well, something she picked up while training to play WWE Diva Paige, in Fighting with My Family. “For me, the most interesting thing at the beginning was learning what’s a good position and what’s a bad position,” she told the CrossFit blog. “Obviously, that is what wrestling is all about. You need to move the correct way in order to keep yourself safe and the person you’re wrestling safe.”

Florence said that CrossFit made her feel “solid and secure.” She added, “Those sessions in CrossFit are difficult. You do have to push yourself.”

On the food front, Flo has made it clear that she’s not about restrictive diets. “When I got the job, I wanted to know what the regime was,” she told Elle of landing the role of Yelena Belova, aka Black Widow. “I wanted to know whether it was them or me calling the shots. That was a big deal for me. I didn’t want to be part of something where I was constantly checked on. And people making sure I was in the ‘right’ shape. That’s not me at all.”

But Florence said she ate well during filming, and would cook her food, bringing it on set every day in Tupperware. “Genuinely, my therapeutic thing is chopping and cooking and stirring and tasting,” she said.

Florence said on Harper's Bazaar's "Food Diaries," that she’s big into breakfast. If she’s filming, she'll eat two boiled eggs and a black coffee. If she’s not working, she’ll have bread with two fried eggs topped with heated and seasoned cherry tomatoes. Lunch may be salad or some kind smoothie with protein, banana, and spinach and, for dinner, she’s big on roast chicken with potatoes and veggies.

Yum! Everyone is cheering you on, Flo!
