The Cruel Summer star has a twin sister named Sophie. Per J-14, she reportedly told Girls Life, "Me and my sister are like Kylie and Kendall, I think, because they always seem so close like us — at least on social media. They have a good, close sister relationship."
Hilariously, Sophie even captioned one of her 2018 Instagram pics, "Real life Liv and Maddie," at what appears to be a going away party for Sadie on her journey to Hollywood stardom.
